Далее даются рекомендации по сохранению психики в норме:
* Acknowledge your anxiety
* Schedule worrying (Самая странная рекомендация… хотя…) 
* Reframe the situation
* Set quarantine rituals
* Get moving
* Small acts of altruism: Helping others can give you a sense of purpose and control.
* Physical distancing, not social distancing
