Да, и, кстати говоря, Dutch Baby не только не имеет никакого отношения к Дании, но и к Голландии.
Появилился этот блин в Америке. Многие источники пишут, что Dutch, в данном случае -- это искажённое Deutsch. А по кулинарной сути этот блин можно отнести к разновидности йоркширского пудинга.
